PPARgene now contains 337 experimentally verified PPAR target genes.

Target genes were predicted using four PPAR models — the integrative PPARs model and the subtype-specific PPARα, PPARβ/δ, and PPARγ models. The predicted targets were classified into three confidence levels, as shown in the following figure.
